Spring is here, and the sun is out! Before you break out the sun dresses and shorts – repair that winter stressed skin! Since a luxe spa visit is not always possible, creating a spa at home is a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate your skin this season.

To help you set up your spring at-home retreat, Champneys renowned award winning spa resort group established in the U.K. in 1925, has introduced a world-class collection of spa products, available now at Target and Each product within the Champneys Spa Collection has been developed in conjunction with their expert team of professional therapists to deliver the complete benefits of visiting the Spa.  They are exactly the same products as used in the Spa all day every day and available for you to use in the comfort of your home.

Here are five simple steps (with tips!) to help you create the perfect at-home spa.

Exfoliate for a new you glow

If you want smooth, silky skin, try Champneys Distant Shores Body Scrub, a fab scrub that removes dead skin with olive stone granules, sugar and salt. For best results, apply to slightly damp skin using fast, circular motions.  This will help increase circulation, which will leave the skin glowing. Immerse yourself in a warm bath or shower to remove the scrub and follow with an application of body moisturizer.  Choose Champneys Distant Shores Body Butter to follow Champneys Distant Shores Body Scrub, to keep the skin soft and supple. (Therapist Tip: Rinse the scrub off your skin in the shower then enjoy a relaxing bath – the granules won’t lay in the bottom of the tub.)

Run a warm bath and add Champneys Bubble Heaven, which comes in three sublimely scented varieties – Exotic Retreat, Distant Shores and Mediterranean Bliss. Not only is this relaxing and therapeutic, but it opens the pores and allows the products to work deep down into the skin.  Follow with a Champneys Body Cream.

Enjoy some face time

After cleansing and exfoliating the skin, apply moisturizing oil using circular movements to increase circulation and give the skin a healthy glow. Then apply a face mask to suit your skin’s specific needs. While the mask sets, put on some soothing music to unwind. Finish your fantastic facial by applying a nourishing moisturizer suited to your skin type.

Pamper with an at-home pedicure

Give your feet the TLC they deserve, especially before flip-flop season! Use a foot file on dry skin to remove dead, hardened skin from the soles of your feet. Work Champneys Foot Scrub vigorously over your feet and lower legs.  (Therapist Tip: Use on dry feet to get the smoothest results.  Mix with a little water on the lower legs as they can be more sensitive, then soak your feet in warm water to remove the scrub.) For added moisture, slather on Champneys Foot Butter. Complete your pampering with a pedicure – don’t forget to apply a base and top coat so your fashionable nail color lasts longer.  (Therapist Tip: Apply a generous amount of foot butter, sleep in cotton socks and paint your nails in the morning.)

Massage away the stressors of the day

After a long day, a neck and shoulder massage will ease aches and pains. Starting with both thumbs on the earlobes, massage skin in circular movements, then progress down the neck to the tops of the shoulder blades and back up. Alternate your use of thumbs and the palm of your hand and repeat three times (first firmly, then with medium pressure and then, lightly). Select a product with a serene scent like Champneys Citrus Blush Dry Body Oil infused with uplifting cardamom and lemon to melt your tension away.
