Much like basil and cilantro, parsley is best stored on the counter in a glass or glass jar with water, almost as if it were a bouquet. It is best to not rinse them at all until they will be used and eaten, but the tips of their stems should be cut.

You can also make sure to remove any leaves or stems that are already wilted to keep herbs fresher longer. Parsley could be stored in the fridge this way, but you must not forget to cover it lightly with plastic wrap on top. Changing the water when it becomes discolored is also a good idea.
