So go ahead, start the bath, light a few candles, pour a glass of wine, and let your mind take a break!
- 4 cups coarse sea salt
- 2 cups Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 10 drops essential oils
- Food coloring (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sea salt, Epsom salts, and baking soda.
- Add essential oils and mix well.
- Add a few drops of food coloring and mix until you get the desired color.
- Store in air-tight containers.
