Green Tea and Oatmeal Smoothie

This nutrient-packed smoothie is a wonderful way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. plain soy milk
  • 1/4 C. cup water
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 Tbs. of dry oats
  • 3-4 Tbs. sweetened matcha powder (green tea)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in blender and grind until the oats are fine. Enjoy!
