Asian Cabbage Salad

This Asian-style cabbage salad is very quick and easy to make. This salad requires minimal ingredients but delivers delicious flavors in every bite. Make this great salad to enjoy before a meal or for a quick lunch on-the-go.

•    3 cups red cabbage
•    3 thinly sliced green onions
•    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
•    1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
•    1 tbsp. rice vinegar
•    2 tsp. pepper

1.    Combine cabbage and scallions in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
2.    Carefully begin to add olive oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the mixture while continuing to toss salad.
3.    Sprinkle pepper over salad after all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4.    Serve salad with preferred dressing.
