Radish Cabbage Salad

Radishes have such a distinct flavor and mixing it with cabbage makes this salad stand out. The addition of walnuts give this quick and easy healthy recipe a little extra protein and also add some flavor and texture.

Ingredients:
•    3 radishes, sliced
•    1 cup red cabbage, shredded
•    1 cup cabbage, shredded
•    1/3 cup walnuts
•    3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1.    Combine radishes and cabbages in a bowl and mix thoroughly
2.    Pour olive oil over the vegetables and toss salad until ingredients are well combined
3.    Mix walnuts into the salad
4.    Serve with dressing of choice
