This simple salad is to die for! It has simple everyday ingredients that when mixed together make unbelievable salad you can pair with pretty much any main course. It not only tastes great, but looks so appetizing when you simply toss it all in one big bowl.
- 1 lg. green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 med. Cucumbers, sliced
- 3-4 sm. tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup red lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- Put all vegetables in a large bowl.
- Toss with olive oil.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
