Smoothies are a great sweet treat, especially for breakfast or when you’re on the run. Starbucks offers several varieties of smoothies, but they all run over 300 calories. This lighter version of their strawberry smoothie is great tasting and great for you.
- 6-8 strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- 6 oz. low fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 Tbs. agave
- 1 ½ C. crushed ice
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth
