Raspberry and Rosemary Water

This fruit and herb infused water is as pretty as it is healthy! This unique combination of flavors will not only satisfy, but it helps to rid your system of toxins and give you a dose of iron and calcium.  

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of Raspberries
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  • Few sprigs of Rosemary 

Directions 

  1. Combine ingredients in a pitcher of water and top off with ice. 
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
