Sugar-Free Low-Carb Gummy Worms

Because why not? These can be enjoyed by both kids and adults as a treat or a snack, or they can be used to decorate healthy desserts!

What you’ll need:

  • Sugar-free, flavored gelatin – 1 box (4 ½ servings)
  • Unflavored gelatin – should make 24 servings
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Silicon worm-shaped molds
  • Liquid dropper

Prep the gummy worm molds by spraying with the cooking spray. In a 4-quart saucepan, whisk together the flavored and unflavored gelatin in the cold water. Reduce to medium heat once all the gelatin has dissolved. Keep whisking until the mixture has thickened. Remove from the heat and use the dropper to fill the mold. Refrigerate for a few hours until the gummy worms have hardened; or place in the freezer for 20 minutes. 

You can also make these using sugar-free lemonade, iced tea, or any flavor of powdered beverage mix.
