Easy Chicken Tacos

When you are short on time for dinner, these chicken tacos are a quick and easy solution that will please the whole family!


  • 2 13-oz. cans chunk chicken, drained 
  • 1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes 
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning 
  • 1/2 C. frozen corn 
  • 1/3 C. fresh chopped onion 
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  • Salsa 
  • Diced fresh tomatoes 
  • Shredded low-fat cheese 
  • Shredded lettuce


Break chicken up in a fry pan and add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. Cook over medium heat until mixture is still moist, but not soupy. Serve on warmed flour taco shells and garnish with desired toppings.
