Apple, Avocado And Spinach Green Smoothie
Total Time: 5 minutes
1 1/2 C. apple juice
2 C. spinach, stemmed and chopped
1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
Combine apple juice, spinach, apple and avocado in a blender. Blend on the lowest speed and slowly start to puree. Keep blending until smooth. If too thick, add water to reach desired consistency. If too thin add ice and blend.
