Triple Berry Tofu Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a delicious smoothie? If you’re trying to slim down, replacing a meal with a nutrient-packed smoothie can be a good alternative. Ingredients
  • 1/4 package House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu Soft
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 C. frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 C. blueberries
  • 1/4 C. raspberries
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 C. ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
