Healthy Cupcakes With Banana Frosting

At 60 calories a pop, these are cupcakes you don’t have to feel guilty about eating.

Cupcakes with Banana Frosting
Serves: 12
Total time 35 minutes
5 egg whites
3 Tbs. honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 C. nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 C. whole wheat baking powder
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

Frosting Ingredients
1 C. nonfat cream cheese
1 banana
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix egg whites on medium speed for 3-4 minutes. Increase speed to high and add salt and honey until peaks form. Then add the vanilla extract. Fold in the yogurt. Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. Sift the dry ingredients into the egg whites.

Scoop the batter into lined cupcakes tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes then let cool. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and bananas together. Frost once cupcakes are cool.
