If you’re a fan of cookie dough you’ll go crazy for this delicious cookie dough dip. Instead of sneaking bites of cookie dough while baking, now you can enjoy this “dough” guilt-free. You can pair the dip with anything you’d like! I personally love to dip vanilla wafers and graham crackers into the cookie dough.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup chickpeas
- 2 1/2 tbsp. ground flax
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, besides the chocolate chips, into a mixer or by hand in a large bowl. Once ingredients are blended into a smooth consistency, add in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dip for at least two hours before serving with desired dipping side!
