3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Desserts

1. Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Yield: 4 medium-sized pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 overripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • Dash of cinnamon, optional

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients together. Use a greased griddle or pan and cook on low-medium heat. Serve with fresh banana slices, nuts, and honey.
