Have you jumped on the frozen yogurt bandwagon yet? We’re all about “fro-yo” in the Fit and Fab Living office. Who wouldn’t love a delicious frozen dessert that leaves you feeling healthy? Here’s one of our favorite ways to eat fro-yo!
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh cherries
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam
- 1-2 tbsp. shaved almonds
- 1 no-calorie sweetener packet
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
In a medium bowl, mix granola, strawberry jam, sweetener, cinnamon, and almonds. Next, add the frozen yogurt and top with the sliced strawberries and cherries. Place the dessert in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving!
