Gluten-Free S’mores Cheesecake

Celebrate your final weeks of summer by putting together a s’mores cheesecake. You will be able to enjoy the delightful summer dessert with our gluten-free recipe! 


  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp.granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. 100% pure vanilla
  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package marshmallows
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp.ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream


Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter. Mix with graham crumbs and sugar in a small bowl. Press into bottom of a pan tin. Beat vanilla, cream cheese and brown sugar in an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in cinnamon. In a double boiler, melt chocolate and mix with heavy whipping cream until smooth and creamy. Pour half of chocolate mixture over the crush. Pour cheesecake batter in tin. Top with remaining chocolate. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Pour marshmallows on cake. Bake for another 35 minutes or until golden brown. When done, refrigerate for one hour before serving.
