One-Pot Spinach, Basil and Snap Pea Pasta

This fabulous dinner recipe could not be any easier or any more delicious. This meal is a flavorful and healthful dish that only takes one pot and less than 20 minutes to make. The bright green vegetables add a nutritional benefit to this dish, and the amazing flavor. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a one pot meal? It means way more time to be with family and friends and less time doing dishes. 

One-Pot Spinach, Basil and Snap Pea Pasta

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • ¾ lb. pasta
  • ½ lb. snap peas
  • 10-oz. baby spinach
  • ½ C. fresh basil
  • ½ C. heavy cream
  • ¾ C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper
