This unique recipe spices things up even further by adding bright, refreshing key lime pie flavors. This spunky breakfast is SUPER creamy and has that authentic key lime flavor, what more could you want?
For the Oats:
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp. key lime juice
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar (more or less, depending on how sweet you want it to be)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Optional Toppings: This breakfast is best served with raisins and a handful of sweet granola.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill overnight.
