Here’s a twist on an old classic! These low-fat apple pancakes are a delicious way to start the day. Who doesn’t enjoy fruit with their breakfast anyway?
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick Mix
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 apples, shredded
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk, and egg whites until smooth. Add in apple shreds and cinnamon and mix well. Cook as regular pancakes on a griddle over medium heat.
