Ingredients:
- Spring mix greens
- 1 3 oz. can of tuna
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose vinaigrette
- 2-3 slices of red onion
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- A couple slices of cucumber
Directions:
- Drain tuna, then combine with spring mix greens and vegetables.
- Drizzle vinaigrette on top and toss to coat.
