- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- In bowl beat eggs then add other ingredients.
- If using blender or stand mixer, add ingredients in order. Don’t over mix.
- Heat a greased skillet.
- Once each side begins to brown, flip it over.
- Allow the pancakes to cool before serving.
