Milk and Protein Power Shake

This power shake is a recipe to use when you’re looking for a way to jump-start your day first thing in the morning. The best part about this recipe is that you don’t even need to use a blender! Just mix the two ingredients by hand, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey-protein powder
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients in a protein shaker or mix well by hand.
