Whole-Wheat Pizza Tart

Who doesn’t love pizza and who doesn’t love a delicious dessert? This delicious combination of two great dishes make this unique serving style one to try at your next dinner or party.


  • 1 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 8 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 strawberries
  • 5 kiwis
  • 1 bunch blueberries
  • 1 bunch raspberries
  • 1 bunch cherries
  • 1 bunch grapes, seedless


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour and margarine in a bowl, mix until combine fully.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan, making sure the mixture is evenly spread.
  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until a light brown.
  5. Remove from oven and allow time to cool.
  6. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, until smoothed.
  7. Spread Greek yogurt mixture on cooled crust.
  8. Slice cherries in half, making sure to remove seed.
  9. Slice raspberries, blueberries, and grapes in half.
  10. Cut the strawberries into thin section.
  11. Peel the kiwis and slice into small sections.
  12. Decoratively place fruits on the tart.
