Grilled Peach Caprese Salad

Fire up your grill, and prepare this grilled peach caprese salad for your next outdoor party. Serve as an appetizer before our delectable Italian stuffed shells, and your guests will be coming back for more each weekend.


  • 4 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Place the peach slices on a platter and sprinkle both sides with olive oil. Turn on your grill, and add the peaches once it reaches 350°F. Grill until both sides have grill marks. To create the salad, place the grilled peaches on a dish, and add the mozzarella slices and fresh basil. Finish by sprinkling with balsamic vinegar.
