Strawberry Jam

Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam

Bring fresh flavors to your healthy breakfast by spreading our naturally sweetened sugar-free strawberry jam on your perfectly toasted whole-wheat bread.

Yield:  1 c. 


  • 2½ cups strawberries, frozen and thawed
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. arrowroot powder


Puree the thawed strawberries in a food processor. Whisk the water, lemon juice, and arrowroot powder in a medium saucepan. Add in the pureed strawberries. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Lower heat to medium low and simmer until it thickens, about 50 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Remove from heat and allow to cool before storing. It will continue to thicken as it cools. If it becomes too thick, add water. Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.
