Spinach and Lemon Detox Smoothie

Who would have thought eating/drinking healthy could taste so good? When I first tried this smoothie I was really hesitant because it sounds and looks incredibly bland. But I was shocked at how sweet it was! If you're tired of the superfood and veggie-packed smoothies, give this one a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
