Homemade Restaurant-Style Creamy Cole Slaw

This quick little side is perfect for when you want to relive your favorite summer BBQs all year round! The right cole slaw can compliment almost any lunch item, so just make a batch of this at the beginning of the week  and grab some in small re-usable container every morning. All set!

Serves: 4 / Prep: 10 mins.


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 T. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 T. white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Shred your cabbage and carrot and combine in a bowl with the onion.
  2. Put all remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cole slaw and coat evenly.
  4. Chill and serve.
