- 3 Tbs. minced garlic
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1/4 C. parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 ¼ lb. shrimp, cooked
- Put garlic and oil in a skillet and cook it over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add parsley, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Place shrimp in a large bowl. Pour garlic mixture over shrimp and toss to combine. Place shrimp in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
