Lemon Garlic Shrimp

For those of you looking for healthy recipes for a holiday appetizer look no further. Our lemon garlic shrimp recipe is an easy to make and flavorful option that is perfect for any party.

Total time: 2 hours and 10 minutes


  • 3 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 ¼ lb. shrimp, cooked


  1. Put garlic and oil in a skillet and cook it over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add parsley, lemon juice, pepper and salt. 
  2. Place shrimp in a large bowl. Pour garlic mixture over shrimp and toss to combine. Place shrimp in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve. 
  3. We would recommend covering and refrigerating for up to two hours before serving.
