Low-Fat Grape Salad

Low-Fat Grape Salad

In Spain and Portugal New Year’s revelers quickly eat 12 grapes at the stroke of midnight as a predictor to the year ahead. Twelve sweet grapes mean 12 sweet months, and any sour grapes mean a sour month ahead.

Add grapes to your menu to keep the prosperity flowing. Our easy way to do that is by making a Low-Fat Grape Salad.  This dish is a creamy mixture of different flavors that are sure to please any crowd.
