Give your fruit salad a sensational flavor and an added kick! Here’s the recipe for a mojito fruit salad!
In a bowl, mix together:
- 1 cup cubed seeded watermelon
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup hulled and quartered strawberries
- 1 cup peeled and quartered kiwi
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
In a separate bowl, mix together:
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
*Note: crush the mint while mixing to get more flavor
Pour the salad dressing over the fruits, seal the bowl, and refrigerate the salad for at least one hour. Before serving, gently turn the bowl over and then turn it right-side-up again to coat all the fruits with the dressing. Enjoy!
