4 Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups

Superb Strawberry

Yield: About 20 roll-ups


  • 5 c. strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tbsp. honey


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a medium saucepan, cook the strawberries on low heat until they are softened. Add honey and stir to combine. Pour berries into a food processor and puree. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour on the strawberry mixture. Bake for 4-6 hours, or until leather peels away easily from parchment. Using food scissors, cut into rectangles and roll them up, parchment and all.

Mango Madness

Servings: 8


  • 4 c. mango, diced (about 3 large mangoes)


Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Place mangoes into a food processor and puree. Divide the puree evenly between the two pans, making them as flat and even as possible. Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the puree is dry to touch and pliable. If the bottom side is still wet, flip the roll-ups over and continue baking until fully dried.
