Organize your day into three categories. The first category will be made up of things that you absolutely need to do; these are your first priorities. The second category should include things that are important to do, but might not be as urgent. The final category should contain things that you would like to do, but do not need to be done immediately. Don’t stress if you don’t get everything done. An unfinished item from the third category can always go into your first category list tomorrow!
