Try out a food cleanse!
Whether you stick to a weekly regime or every 2-3 days, list out a few specific foods to stick with throughout the week.
Example lists:
Week 1: Soup (tomato basil, vegetable), salad, yogurt (Greek, nonfat), almonds, etc.
Week 2: Ground turkey, cooked vegetables (asparagus, green beans), brown rice, lentils, etc.
Week 3: Stick with raw fruits and vegetables. Berries, apples, carrots, broccoli, etc.
Mix up your diet but make sure to also get your daily essential nutrients to stay healthy! (And keep a water bottle around you at all times. Water helps to stave off cravings.)
