Banana Ice Cream
Prep time: 7 minutes
Yields: 12 servings
Peel and cut bananas into ½-inch pieces. Place cut bananas into a blender or food processor and process on slow until the bananas are soft but still solid. (If you don’t have blenders try mashing bananas by hand.) Place banana cream into a large bowl, cover and freeze overnight. Let soften and serve.
