Pumpkin Pie Sugar Scrub

Treat yourself to soft, silky skin and the heavenly scent of fresh-baked pumpkin pie—without the calories—with this easy Pumpkin Pie Sugar Scrub.

All you need are a few basic pantry staples and about 15 minutes to make your own luxurious beauty product!

Don’t have coconut oil on hand? Not a problem. You can swap it out for almond oil or even olive oil. Prefer a more exfoliating scrub? Try using raw sugar or swapping a third of the sugar for salt. Want some variety? Make an extra batch or two with different spices or extracts—the possibilities are endless!

Try 1/8 cup of lemon juice for a lemonade scrub, a handful of rose petals for a floral scrub, or even 1/8 cup of cocoa powder for a decadent chocolate scrub. You could even make a few and package them in mason jars tied with pretty ribbon for a personal handmade gift.

Pumpkin Pie Sugar Scrub

Ingredients
½ C. coconut oil
½ C. white or brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Start by warming the coconut oil in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. It should be mostly melted but not hot (you don’t want to melt the sugar). Pour it into a small mason jar.

Next, pour in the sugar. Choose brown sugar for a softer scrub or white sugar for a bit more exfoliation.

Add the vanilla.

Top with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.

Mix with a fork until fully incorporated. Enjoy!
